... a leader in the field of Sport Psychology who has counseled college and varsity athletes and coaches, has developed a new educational program including peak performance strategies for athletes of all ages.
Mental Edge is an educational program that I personally developed to equip the athlete with strategies that will enable him to gain a mental edge or advantage in competition, and a basic understanding of Sport Psychology principles affecting performance.
Just as the athlete must prepare himself physically and to develop skills, he must also prepare himself mentally. Mental abilitities often separate the peak performer from the average one.
Mental Edge educational presentations can be tailored to the needs of athletes at the professional, college, varsity, and youth levels.
Educational talks may be presented to small or large groups, one-on-one, and can be adapted to various age groups within all sport and business settings.
Workshop formats are available for Teams, Coaches, and Parent Groups.
"Compared to what we ought to be, we are only half awake. We are making use of only a small part of our physical and mental resources. Stating the thing broadly, the human individual thus lives far within his limits. He possesses power of various sorts which he habitually fails to use." William James
